Spa Theraplate Lincoln operates a strict 48 hour amendment and cancellation policy for any booking. This means that up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of your experience, you may amend or cancel your booking.

Within 48 hours of your booking, you cannot amend or cancel your booking. The booking will be chargeable even if you do not attend.

Failure to attend (no shows) will be treated as a cancellation and the full cost of the booking will apply.

All payments are strictly non-refundable, subject to the terms and conditions agreed at the point of purchase.
