Initial Consultation Session

An extended 60 minute session which includes an initial discussion about the benefits of Theraplate suited to your individual wants and needs, followed by sessions on the different style plates.

 

We will support you throughout the session to ensure that you understand the process and the benefits available to you.

Theraplate Session

Repeat Theraplate session designed for clients who have already completed the initial consultation.

You will have access to different plate styles (sitting, standing and reclining) throughout the 45 minute session.
